We will send you an email with a confirmation link as part of the user registration process. Therefore you reach this level automatically by completing your registration.

Level 1 - Personal Information (go to limits )

Mobile phone number
Address

For this level your mobile phone number needs to be verified via a text message code (mTAN procedure). Additionally, you need to provide your address, zip code, city and country to complete the process.

Level 2 - Video Ident (go to limits )

Mobile phone number
Address (via video ident)
Passport or personal ID (via video ident)

To reach the second limit level you need to go through an online video verification process to verify your identity. You require a valid passport or ID card to complete this step. The video verification can either be done via a web browser or via a mobile phone (Android or iOS). It usually takes 24 hours for the whole process to be finished. Please note that it can take longer in rare cases.

To be verified as a trader, you need to send us an extract from your register if companies, a trading license, a confirmation of your VAT ID and a profit forecast to our support team at support@cointed.com . We will contact your after receiving the necessary information.
